“I had a total shoulder replacement. My range of motion had been limited for quite some time and I was is constant pain. At this point in time, the range of motion I have is better than I have had in a few years. Stretching and range of motion began upon discharge and I have been going to physical therapy for 1 hour 3 times a week for 3 weeks. I follow the therapist's instructions at home and perform the exercises at least 3 times a day every day. My comfort level has improved tremendously. I last took a narcotic (Percocet) for pain about 6 weeks ago. My occupation requires some moderate to heavy lifting, and I am scheduled to return to work in 6 weeks. If I worked at a desk, I would have returned approximately 3 weeks ago. I am 58. Very satisfied with Dr. Ropiak, Ashley, PA, and Melissa. I would highly recommend.”
