“My experience has been nothing but the best. From my first appointment, front desk, surgery, rechecks, and physical therapy, everyone has been so helpful in so many ways. Dr. Horning always greets me in a friendly manner. He asks questions, listens, and takes time to answer my questions and concerns in a way I can understand. He worked very long and hard on my shoulder on surgery day. He provided me with a detailed summary of the surgery and was honest with me from day one. The severity of my injury and age came into play during this ongoing healing process. My physical therapy specialists were so very nice, caring, and helpful and again made me feel welcome, talked, listened, treated me very well, and so accommodating with my progress.
