I believe the web page that was sent to me in reference to the knee replacement was very educational, I wish other surgeons would have provide me with this type of information. the web page gave informative information and help me understand what was going to happen, what I would experience and how to handle events leading up to and through out the procedure and after. I have referred back to this web page on several occasions i.e. what to do when having Dental work done, exercises to do, etc. Dr. Reid did a fantastic job on helping, fixing and repairing my knee. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Jeremy Reid as my surgeon for knee replacement and R knee pain. I will return to Dr. Reid to replace the right knee (total right knee replacement) in the future.
I met Dr. Reid when he did an emergency surgery on my mom (Dolores Willis) after her fall and shattering her femur and fx her hip. Dr. Reid was very informative in June 2015 and my moms healing, therapy and walking prior to his expectations gave me the comfort of knowing who my surgeon/doctor was going to be for the knee replacement. I have recommended Dr. Jeremy Reid to several friends and family.”

“I had to have surgery. I chose Reconstructive Orthopedics based on my PC's recommendation. I was impressedwith the facilities and the staff. Dr. Joseph Lee was my doctor/surgeon and I was confident with his ability and knowledge my back is great. I started having a problem with my right hip I called Reconstructive and made an appointment with Dr. Jeremy Reid. He ordered X-rays and some tests. Once the results were in Dr. Reid explained options and always answered my questions. I am scheduled for surgery to replace my hip and I am sure that it will be a success and the pain will be history soon. “Initially diagnosed with sciatica. In seeking relief, I went to physical therapy, chiropractors, acupuncture, injections in my spine, laser treatments, invested in an inversion rack, spinal boards. After years of increasing pain, I decided I had to go under the knife. I originally made an appointment with Dr. Greenleaf, a spinal surgeon. He looked at my collection of x-rays and MRIs (the same as every other doctor I had seen), but Dr. Greenleaf looked "outside the box" and told me I needed a new hip, not spinal surgery, and introduced me to Dr. Jeremy Reid. Dr. Reid did an excellent job, and I was walking without pain immediately.”

“Brilliant doctor. Direct but with kindness. Efficient, professional and to the point. Dr. Reid has done a replacement on both knees, and my life has improved dramatically. I can catch my granddaughter. The running joke was who would walk first the baby or me. I also joined the Virtua fitness center, and I work out in the pool 3 to 4 times a week to keep the muscles active, keep the weight down. The only regret I have is they only go to 5 stars because I would give them 10+.”

Having had a traditional knee replacement elsewhere eight years prior I was hopeful but a bit worried that the procedure wouldn't live up to the "hype" surrounding it. I was also worried about going home the next day, but there were no problems doing so and I was able to climb the thirteen stairs to my bedroom fairly easily that next day.
