“The front desk and staff were friendly and quick to respond, and quite knowledgeable. They did not hesitate when asked questions and seemed genuinely interested in my well-being. The healthcare provider, Dr. Smith, was perhaps the best doctor that I’ve ever interacted with in my 70 years. He seemed more than competent and down-to-earth. He explained in detail how and why he reached the diagnosis he determined and the differential diagnosis he ruled out. He then explained each step of the treatment I was to receive. I was very impressed by his knowledge and apparent experience, and, most of all, by how personable he was. I would also like to mention that my wait time and treatment were expedited, yet I never felt rushed. My overall experience is definitely a 5+ on a 1-5 scale. Thank you all for your kindness and service.”
