“The office staff are very helpful and welcoming. I appreciated watching the staff interact with each patient and offer the level of support they needed. Great customer service. Dr. Heinle is very attentive. He always takes time to sit and listen to my concerns. He pulls up his stool and looks at me directly. He is not distracted or typing on the computer while we talk. I feel both seen and heard under his care.”

Additionally, the PT is available downstairs with excellent personnel. I got exercises that truly worked on my problem shoulder.”

“I found Dr. Heinle to be on time, well-prepared, and ready to give my injection. He explained what would happen and to contact him if my left knee started hurting again, and we would go from there. He always looks at me when he speaks. Knowing that I am 87 years of age and hard of hearing, he makes sure I hear and understand what he says. I also appreciate his assistant giving me a good spray of Novocaine. Dr. Heinle is an excellent doctor with knowledge of my knee, and I would recommend him to anyone.”

“I had a broken clavical. After first surgery I tripped and dislodged pins, etc. Second surgery so far has been successful, painless. Dr. Heinle and staff at OAL have been great at scheduling surgery and seeing me at office for follow up appointments.”
