I was impressed that both he and Ray had to take x-rays of me after beginning his shutdown procedures went out of their way and stayed late for me. I won't forget their kindness.”

“I’m sending this on behalf of mom, who recently passed. Mom had a fall and sustained a severe wrist break. Due to mom’s age and health condition along with COVID, Dr. Printz would not do surgery. He has an excellent bedside manner meaning he was honest but compassionate. I appreciated how he handled mom’s situation, as I believe he truly was looking out for her best interest.”

“I had to come for a second opinion because the previous doctor wasn’t listening to me, and his body language spoke volumes. I felt Dr. Printz took the proper time to listen and order the correct tests in order not to be sent back to work unhealed to a very physically demanding job. I was amazed that the staff still remembered me being there from years ago when I saw Dr. Trevino. They also recognized my daughter in 2004. Long-standing staff is a good sign. (Including Ray!) “I was amazed to find out that my knee pain was really arising from faulty hips. Didn't make sense at first but eventually understood the process. Other than having to be at the hospital at 5:00 a.m. the first surgery went so well there was no hesitation to repair the other side. Post-operative, there were ice packs and Tylenol to cover pain. Second surgery went as well. I am feeling quite well although the temperatures have forced me to stay indoors. To add to that, my sister's husband passed away, two days later an ex-sister-in-law died, and three weeks later, my sister's half of twin girls died of colon cancer. It was a lot to handle in a short time but am resuming my pool activities and exercises. I have copied the Olympic male gymnasts' rings and bringing legs up to form an L. Still use the walker, but do get to where I am going faster. Will get tired of hauling it around. So am doing well and thank you for your expertise.”

“My experience was WOW! I was in California on vacation last year and my trigger finger locked up completely. Never before had this happened? I am a court reporter (38 years and not ready to retire) and desperately needed to do something as soon as I returned home. The very day I landed, I called the doctor's office who diagnosed my carpal tunnel some years ago. He since retired, but Dr. Printz was the doctor I got directed to instead. How fortunate I was that I could come in that day and have it looked at. Dr. Printz and I had a good conversation about options, and I chose an injection instead of surgery. He was accommodating and spoke to me. It was that morning that I called in sick, unable to make a record on my stenograph machine, but with Dr. Printz's injection of cortisone I was able to use my finger again that night, and I was back working the next day. It has now been over a year, and my finger has been functioning normally. I have been able to continue my work as a court reporter without any difficulty.
