“The front desk people varied professional and efficient The nurse asking me about my injury was very lovely. Most importantly, after she got done asking me questions. I got told that Dr. Lee will be in shortly to see me. That usually means a 15:00 to 20:00 minute wait. To my surprise, I only had to wait about 3:00 to 4:00 minutes, that was unbelievable. Not only that, Dr. Leer knew precisely how to treat my injury. Thanks.”

I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever to proceed with any particular treatment plan. I felt Dr. Lee gave me a clear understanding of the different scenarios and I was able to make an informed decision that worked well for me. I especially appreciated not having to wait too long to get an appointment as I was in pain and wanted to get on the path to recovery asap. In addition, every appointment I had at Oak Orthopedics was handled in a timely fashion not requiring me to wait very long at all in the waiting area.”
