“I found Dr. Heinle to be on time, well-prepared, and ready to give my injection. He explained what would happen and to contact him if my left knee started hurting again, and we would go from there. He always looks at me when he speaks. Knowing that I am 87 years of age and hard of hearing, he makes sure I hear and understand what he says. I also appreciate his assistant giving me a good spray of Novocaine. Dr. Heinle is an excellent doctor with knowledge of my knee, and I would recommend him to anyone.”
