“Just want to say my experience with Mountain Valley Orthopedics was a good one. Everyone was truly very nice. Dr. Powers was very nice and answered any and all questions. Explained every step he was taking, granted it was only a broken wrist, but what ever he planned to do, he explained. Want to thank the doctor and staff for the great visits.”

“I am a new resident to Pennsylvania. I was on my way to have my car inspected in order to obtain my PA registration for my car. Unfortunately along the way I was "T-Boned" at an intersection in downtown Stroudsburg. Fortunately I was not seriously injured but I did do some damage to my right thumb. More specifically the ligament at the base of my right thumb. Dr. Powers diagnosed it as ligament damage but ordered an MRI to insure that there was not more damage. He then sent me to the Physical Therapy specialists to give me some physical/occupational therapy. Karen and Sandy were the therapists that worked on my thumb and they were great. They understood what I was feeling and knew exactly whet to do to strengthen and relieve the pain in my thumb joint. After a number of sessions of therapy it was easy to see that I was on the right track. The progress was readily available for anyone to see.”
