Frequently Asked Questions

How are the doctors ranked?

Why doesn’t my doctor have reviews and a star rating on his/her profile?

A doctor’s profile must be verified by him/her for their profile to have a star rating and patient reviews.

Can I share a review about a doctor?

Patient reviews are welcomed for verified doctors only. To submit a review on a verified doctor’s profile, please contact your doctor’s office. This is to ensure that only verified patient testimonials are shared on DoctorReviews.com.

Can the doctor edit or remove a patient review?

No, doctors are not permitted, nor do they have the capabilities, to edit or remove verified patient reviews on their profile.

Where does the doctor’s profile information come from?
